We have found models for all kinds of printers. For some models we recommend SLA because of all the small details. FDM can handle almost all of them if the models are scaled up. If you don’t have a 3d printer you can use services to 3d print your designs for you. 3D printing services are a great way to get 3d printed parts depending on your budget.

The mini PC model is a fun model for a desktop fidget device. It should be printed with resin other wise the details will be lost. These make great gifts for friends that like to game! The Open RC car is a 3D printable radio controlled car. If you were not a fan of the drone, this ones for you. This print will likely take you a while to complete which is a good and bad thing.
There will be a lot of assembly required to get this model running right. It beats trying to track down parts from many different suppliers. For around $52 USD, you can purchase all the parts to assemble it. You may need to buy a remote and battery to get to the finish line.
This is a great model to show off what your 3d printer can do. It also will be fun seeing how a rc car works and understand how it all goes together.

Print your own jet engine!
Here we have a scaled down model of a jet engine that is able to be printed and assembled. The model is great and easy to print as it prints in a multitude of different parts. The assembly of the model is a fun time as well because you get to learn about what each of the fans can do.
The model has a hand crank on the back to show the motion that the engine is capable of. This is a beautiful piece of art to any bookshelf or desk! It also makes for a great toy because of the moving action!

Tourbillon Model
This tourbillon model is an enlarged model of a tourbillon mechanism. This is a great print that won’t too much time. The model is almost fully 3D printed as it only needs one common sized bearing to bring to completion.
The model assembles easily and only needs the bearing as a external part. The gears can rotate around a 1.75mm piece of filament or a steel rod if you have them.

This is a one up from the simple tourbillon model. It features a tourbillon that can rotate 360 degrees.
This is a model that may take some more patience to print and assemble. Although the end result will be awesome. This is a great print to show off a famous watch mechanism.

Yet another useful 3D print, this time it is a fully 3D printable and fully functional carabiner. The print is comprised of two separate parts allowing to add a change of color.
